Mike Prendeville, of Task Force Cleaning, gave the Leads Group II an update on his business. In addition to what one would expect, such as commercial and residential cleaning, Mike has expanded into several areas. He now has a 3-person crew to take care of residential jobs, which makes for a very efficient and thorough cleaning. He can custom-design the cleaning priorities to fit the needs of the budget, and the desires of the customer. A custom-designed program can even include green products.

In addtion, Mike is going to be purchasing a van to house a mobile carpet cleaning system. His current system is designed for commercial use, or residences that are empty. The new equipment will be more flexible and maneuverable.

As a reminder, he told the group that he can provide deck power-washing and staining, and floor stripping and waxing.

Mike also described an aspect of his business that appeals to landlords and other property managers. He can provide cleaning services for move-ins, move-outs and other cleaning issues.
